About Us
Brenda (Portasica) Kephart grew up in the historic village of Medina, New York, one of four siblings and a proud graduate of Medina High School. From a young age, Brenda dreamed of sharing her love for BBQ with the world. Armed with a small Masterbuilt smoker and a big passion for flavor, she spent countless hours perfecting recipes in her backyard, with her family and friends as willing taste-testers.
